Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home support in Charleston, WV. Earn $12.50 per hour and boost earnings through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

You will help with daily activities, offer companionship, and maintain a safe, clean home. We provide paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible schedules, and benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, and EAP.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
