• Support all aspects of the investment process — sourcing, due diligence and execution of private credit secondaries transactions, including LP interest acquisitions, GP-leds and structured transactions
• Prepare detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses and investment memoranda under tight time constraints
• Conduct extensive credit analysis and financial modeling of underlying borrowers and funds across private credit asset classes, including direct lending, mezzanine, opportunistic credit and infrastructure
• Actively monitor existing investments, including regular interaction with managers of underlying investments and valuation updates
• Work with the broader team on deal sourcing and fundraising efforts

The role sits at the intersection of private credit and secondaries investing, combining bottom-up credit analysis of underlying borrowers with portfolio-level investing and transaction structuring across LP-led and GP-led secondary opportunities.

• Support all aspects of the investment process — sourcing, due diligence and execution of private credit secondaries transactions, including LP interest acquisitions, GP-leds and structured transactions
