Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Rockford, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer (PFMEA & Documentation) to develop and maintain PFMEAs, work instructions, and shipping documentation. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and standardized production.

The role requires an engineering degree, PFMEA experience, and proficiency with Siemens NX CAD or SolidWorks.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Experience creating and maintaining PFMEAs.
Proficiency with Siemens NX CAD or SolidWorks CAD.
Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience developing manufacturing work instructions and process documentation.
US Citizenship is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and update PFMEAs for assigned product lines.
Lead cross-functional PFMEA reviews and risk assessments.
Update documentation following engineering changes, process improvements, quality events, and customer requirements.
Develop and maintain work instructions and Shipping Job Instruction Sheets (JIS).
Ensure documentation accurately reflects manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements.
Support employee training on updated processes and instructions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process consistency, quality, and efficiency.
