Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing is hiring an Associate Chemist for PFAS prep in the 2nd shift (Sun–Thu, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM). The role involves preparing and analyzing samples, following GMP/GLP, and maintaining equipment.

Requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry or related field, proficiency with computers, and legal authorization to work in the United States. English reading/writing speaking required. Pay is $18.00–$19.80 per hour with 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field (required).
• Proficiency with computers (required).
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship (required).
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) (required).

Responsibilities

• Prepares and analyzes samples of various matrices for analytical methods.
• Analyzes/preps samples and QC for routine testing.
• Reviews and compiles supporting data for work performed.
• Maintains and performs basic upkeep on equipment used for routine work.
• Follows SOPs required by EPA or internal QC procedures.
• Disposes of chemical wastes using approved methods.
• Works overtime as workload requires.
