Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking to fill a Pipeline and Terminal Operations role at Vancouver, WA. You will operate terminal facilities and coordinate shift activities while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation of receipts and deliveries.

You will perform tank gauging, sampling, testing, and quality checks, and respond to emergencies as needed. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to use tank gauging, truck loading, TMS7, TopTech, Nustock, and other applicable programs and equipment.
• Ability to accurately and consistently perform routine mathematical calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read, comprehend, and convey written instructions.
• Accountability and ability to take direction from management.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to work schedules and work rules.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate terminal, pipeline, and pump facilities as directed.
• Oversee all activities on an assigned shift when trained.
• Coordinate emergency response measures in the absence of the Terminal Supervisor.
• Document and report safety incidents and regulatory violations.
• Assist in training and provide direction to other operators.
• Perform tank gauging, product sampling, testing, and quality monitoring.
