Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks a Petroleum Supply Specialist to ensure proper handling, storage, and shipment of oil, fuel, and related petroleum products for Soldiers. You will operate pumping equipment and contribute to safety and efficiency across storage and transport operations.

As you gain experience, you may supervise and train others, plan logistics, and strengthen fuel safety procedures. Training includes Basic and Advanced Individual Training with opportunities to pursue civilian careers

Qualifications

• Enlistment in the Army National Guard.
• Ages 17–35.
• Must pass a physical examination and meet legal and moral standards.
• Citizenship requirements as per NATIONALGUARD.com.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock bulk and packaged petroleum products.
• Issue and dispense bulk fuels and water from storage and distribution facilities to using units.
