Job summary

DC Army National Guard is seeking Petroleum Supply Specialists to manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of petroleum products. You will learn to operate pumping equipment, test samples, and ensure safe handling of fuels in a rigorous training environment.

After Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training, you may pursue opportunities in civilian oil and gas sectors. The role combines hands-on field work with ongoing safety and procedures training within the National Guard.

Qualifications

• Must enlist in the Army National Guard.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ages 17–35 at enlistment.
• Must pass a physical examination and meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock bulk and packaged products.
• Issue and dispense fuels and water to using units from storage facilities.
• Operate fueling systems and equipment and oversee transport planning.
