Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent.
• Utilize analytical and quantitative techniques such as trend analysis; risk analysis; requirements forecasting; and inventory theory to manage bulk petroleum product.
• Develop, evaluate, and integrate procurement and supply management objectives and processes.
• Develop recommendations to improve effectiveness and new approaches to process evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Use modeling and analysis techniques to integrate data from multiple information systems to develop updates and improve the end-to-end petroleum supply chain.
• Serve as a senior technical expert on the Technical Evaluation Team as part of the SSEB and perform duties related to this team.
• Develop concepts, initiatives and strategies for improvement and optimization of the petroleum supply chain.
• Analyze data to recommend transportation mode and services based on supply chain requirements.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external personnel (Financial Management, Order Fulfillment, Procurement, Tech/Quality, industry partners).
