Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. seeks a Refined Fuel Manager to oversee daily petroleum delivery and distribution, ensuring safe, efficient service and strong customer relations.

Lead drivers and team members, assist with sales and logistics, and support budgeting and strategic planning. You will ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and company policies while promoting a positive work environment and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 1–2 years in related roles.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities, including remote supervision.
• Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication; customer relations oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead long- and short-term planning and policy development aligned with Keystone’s goals.
• Oversee budgeting and review financial performance to meet profitability targets.
• Supervise facility operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, and develop direct reports, including remote staff.
• Maintain records of petroleum inventory, deliveries, and facility performance.
