Prairieland FS, Inc. is seeking a Petroleum Sales and Delivery Specialist to sell and deliver fuels and lubricants to customers across agriculture, construction, and transportation. You will build strong customer relationships, ensure safe and timely deliveries, and provide technical support to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation while driving for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years sales experience preferred.
• CDL with HazMat/Tanker endorsements within six months of employment and clean driving record.
• Additional training in sales, logistics, or petroleum industry preferred.
• Previous experience in petroleum sales, delivery, or fuel distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer fuel and lubricant needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve sales targets.
• Safely transport and deliver petroleum products to customer locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while adhering to safety and compliance regulations.
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicles and equipment in accordance with company policies.
• Provide guidance on proper fuel storage, handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting minor product or equipment issues.
• Ensure all products are delivered in optimal condition and meet quality standards.
• Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies regarding fuel transportation and handling.
• Follow safety protocols, including hazardous material handling and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation.
