Job summary

Intertek Caleb Brett in Chickasaw, AL seeks a Level I Petroleum Inspector to perform inspections on product and chemical cargoes, including barges and ships. The role requires 15% travel and a 6-on/3-off shift schedule, with full benefits.

You’ll document time logs, maintain inventories, and pursue IFIA certification if not already held. A High School Diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for growth in the ATIC industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license with reliable driving record.
• Ability to climb shore tanks up to 70 ft and lift ~50 lbs.
• IFIA Certification acquisition if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on product and chemical barges.
• Perform inspections on product and chemical ships.
• Conduct inventories on shore tanks.
• Record complete and detailed time logs for all jobs.
