Intertek is seeking a Level I Petroleum Inspector in Chickasaw, AL to travel to client sites and perform inspections on barges, ships, and shore tanks. The role requires a high school diploma, ability to travel, a valid driver’s license, and IFIA certification where applicable.

What are we looking for?

The Petroleum Inspector is responsible for Performing Inspection duties on product and chemical cargoes. This position will travel at least 15% of the time.

Shift/Schedule: 6 and 3 Schedule - 6 days on call and 3 days off

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to travel
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record is required
• Ability to climb shore tanks up to 70ft tall and able to carry approximately 50 pounds, at a time.
• Ability to acquire and maintain an IFIA Certification, if not already certified
