Job summary

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field, two years of inspection experience, IFIA certification, TWIC, and the ability to interpret API MPMS standards. Some domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field and two years as inspector or equivalent.
• Alternate: no degree with four years of relevant experience accepted.
• Experience with IFIA, TWIC, API MPMS standards, and custody transfer calculations.

Responsibilities

• Measure volumes and temperatures and sample commodities.
• Perform custody transfer surveys and document results.
• Inspect lines, tanks, and equipment and report findings.
• Coordinate with terminal personnel and travel as needed.
• Provide training to less experienced inspectors.
