Job summary

OWL Services in the United States is seeking an experienced Petroleum Service Technician to keep fueling locations safe, reliable, and operational. You will diagnose and repair equipment, install components, and work directly with customers in the field.

You’ll perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, service dispensers, POS systems, and related hardware, while documenting work and maintaining high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of field service experience in mechanical or electrical trades.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform petroleum equipment service, troubleshooting, repair, and installation in a professional, safe, and timely manner.
• Diagnose and repair fuel dispensers, hanging hardware, POS equipment, and related systems.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Install, repair, and replace dispenser hardware and equipment.
• Complete service calls accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Document work performed and complete job paperwork at the time of service.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide technical assistance and product support.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering dependable service and solutions.
