Job summary

OWL Services LLC is seeking an experienced Petroleum Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain fuel equipment at customer sites across the United States. You will work independently in the field with the backing of a nationwide service network.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of mechanical/electrical experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. A valid driver’s license is required and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of mechanical/electrical experience or technical schooling.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform petroleum equipment service, troubleshooting, repair, and installation in a professional, safe, and timely manner.
• Diagnose and repair fuel dispensers, hanging hardware, POS equipment, and related systems.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Install, repair, and replace dispenser hardware and equipment.
• Complete service calls accurately and efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Document work performed and complete job paperwork at the time of service.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide technical assistance and product support.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering dependable service and solutions.
