Job summary

OWL Services LLC is expanding its Petroleum Service Technician team across the United States. You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain fueling equipment at client sites, often working directly with customers in fast-moving environments.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, replace components, and ensure safe, reliable operation while adhering to company procedures. Training and career growth are available nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of mechanical, electrical, petroleum equipment, or related trade experience or technical schooling.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform petroleum equipment service, troubleshooting, repair, and installation safely and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair fuel dispensers, hanging hardware, POS equipment, and related systems.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Install, repair, and replace dispenser hardware and equipment.
• Complete service calls accurately and efficiently with high workmanship standards.
• Document work and complete job paperwork during service calls.
• Communicate with customers and provide technical assistance and product support.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering dependable service and solutions.
• Stay updated with current certifications and equipment knowledge.
• Learn and support additional systems and equipment at customer locations.
• Manage multiple service calls and priorities in a fast-paced field environment.
• Work independently while coordinating with dispatch, customers, technicians, and management.
• Follow all company, customer, and safety procedures.
