Job summary

Nwestco LLC in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Petroleum Equipment Service Technician to install, service, and repair fueling systems, storage tanks, and related equipment. The role emphasizes safety, on-site service, and customer interaction in the Northwest and Rockies markets.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with fueling systems, including dispensers and tank systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment.
Experience with POS systems, tank monitors, and interstitial monitoring systems.
Familiarity with diagnostic software and field service tools.
Ability to work independently in field service environments.
Certifications such as Gilbarco Passport/Dispenser, Gasboy, FuelMaster, Verifone, or HAZWOPER.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair fuel dispensers, storage tanks, piping, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control components of fuel systems.
Calibrate and test dispensing systems and POS interfaces for accuracy and compliance.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections; report deficiencies.
Respond to emergency service calls and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including UST/AST.
