Job summary
Nwestco LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Petroleum Equipment Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair fuel dispensers, underground and aboveground storage tanks, piping, and related equipment at customer sites.
You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, calibrate systems, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to emergencies while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with fueling systems, including dispensers (Gilbarco, Wayne).
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment.
- Experience with POS systems, tank monitors, and interstitial monitoring systems.
- Certifications or training such as Gilbarco Passport, UST/AST certifications, or HAZWOPER.
- Strong reading of technical manuals and installation drawings.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair fuel dispensers, storage tanks, piping systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components of fuel systems.
- Calibrate and test fuel dispensing systems and POS interfaces.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Respond to emergency service calls to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed service records and test results.
- Interface professionally with customers, vendors, inspectors.
