Job summary

OWL Services LLC is seeking experienced Petroleum Service Technicians to join our nationwide field service team in Albany, NY. You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain fueling equipment, fuel dispensers, POS systems, and related electrical or mechanical components.

Work outdoors in diverse locations, manage multiple service calls, and deliver dependable service with training and support from a large organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience or technical schooling in mechanical, electrical, computer, petroleum equipment, or related trade.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform petroleum equipment service, troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Diagnose and repair fuel dispensers, hanging hardware, POS equipment, and related systems.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Install, repair, and replace dispenser hardware and equipment.
• Complete service calls accurately and document work at time of service.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide technical assistance and product support.
• Build customer relationships by delivering dependable service and solutions.
• Complete required training and maintain current certifications and equipment knowledge.
• Learn and support additional systems and equipment at customer locations.
• Manage multiple service calls and priorities in a fast-paced field environment.
• Work independently while collaborating with dispatch, customers, technicians, and management.
