Job summary

Jobot is seeking an O&G Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to design and run drilling programs from start to finish. You’ll lead completions in the field and optimize production, while staying hands-on at the wellsite.

This role offers rapid exposure across drilling, completions, production and HSE, with opportunities for early ownership and leadership. You’ll operate in Perryton, Texas, focusing on safe, efficient operations with real impact.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of O&G engineering experience.
• Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering degree required.
• Hands-on, competitive and ready to take ownership early.
• Willingness to solve real-time field problems.
• Familiar with Perryton, Hobbs, or Woodward towns.
