What You’ll Be Doing
  • Optimize field operations to increase production, reduce costs, and improve asset performance
  • Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement efficiency improvements across wells and facilities
  • Partner with field teams, operations, and leadership to execute production strategies
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend engineering solutions
  • Support capital projects, workovers, and facility upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, uptime, and emissions reduction
