This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or related field required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% on job sites.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients and team members.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
