Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking personnel for ground-up construction projects installing piping, tanks and electrical/mechanical systems. Trainees will receive classroom and on-the-job training and may work at service stations, commercial sites, marinas, and airports.

Essential responsibilities include traveling to sites, operating heavy equipment, and performing concrete framing tasks while maintaining safety and teamwork to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• Experience in petroleum is preferred.
• Installer certifications in the product line are a plus.
• Heavy equipment operation experience is a plus.
• Reliable, detail oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites (may require overnight travel).
• Operate heavy equipment to dig ditches and install equipment.
• Work with concrete, framing, pouring, finishing.
• Maintain positive relationships with crew, vendors, and contractors to meet deadlines.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.

In this position, you will work as part of a team working on ground up construction projects to install piping, tanks and electrical/mechanical systems. We provide classroom and on the job training for our install/construction positions and service technicians. In this position you may work at service stations, commercial sites, marinas, and airports, etc.

Essential Functions

• Ability to travel to job sites (may require overnight travel).
• Must be able to operate heavy equipment to dig ditches and manually install equipment.
• Work with concrete, framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing.
• Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure deadlines are met.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure safe housekeeping practices are followed, including job cleanup at the end of each day.
