SPATCO is seeking an energetic Petroleum Construction Crew Leader to join our Construction Division. The role covers installation and removal of petroleum storage tanks, piping, dispensers, and pumping units, along with concrete work, electrical, and environmental cleanup.

Essential duties include coordinating crew tasks, monitoring schedules, enforcing safety, briefing daily activities, and tracking equipment and materials to maintain project budgets.

Qualificações

• OSHA 40-hour training is preferred.
• Installer certifications in the industry are a plus.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs when necessary.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Work well with others and follow company procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks for crew projects.
• Monitor schedules and ensure skilled application of tasks.
• Enforce safe work practices and maintain housekeeping.
• Brief crew on daily tasks and direct workers.
• Track equipment and material usage and control costs.
• Document daily activities and inspections for compliance.
