Job summary

STARCON International, Inc. is seeking a Pipe Foreman with a minimum of five years in the petrochemical industry and prior journey-level pipe fitter experience.

The role centers on supervising the maintenance of process equipment, pipe, structural steel and related machinery while leading a multi-trade crew. You will conduct safety programs, lead site meetings, coach team members, track performance, and provide daily logs and manpower forecasts to supervision, ensuring timely, safe project

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in the petrochemical industry.
• Journey-level pipe fitter experience preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate resources safely.
• Strong safety program leadership and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of process equipment, pipe, structural steel and machinery.
• Direct activities of team members in millwright, rigging, instrumentation, boiler making, welding and pipe fitting.
• Conduct safety program and safety meetings; track performance and status changes.
• Lead team meetings, coach, counsel, resolve conflicts and develop team members.
• Provide daily updates and manpower forecasts; maintain a daily project log.
• Coordinate tool/material requirements and ensure documentation and controls.
• Ensure scaffold, insulation, crane and rigging needs are planned and communicated.
• Work with QC and material personnel to meet needs; review JSA for thoroughness.
