Job summary

The Stronghold Companies seeks a Chemical Cleaning Operator Non CDL to support industrial cleaning at refinery and petrochemical sites in the United States. Responsibilities include equipment setup, running chemical cleaning operations, and site support with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, is willing to travel, and can work in challenging environmental conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must have a valid TWIC and valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support projects and customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and connect pumps, hoses, tanks, manifolds, and temporary circulation systems.
• Operate and monitor pumps and chemical cleaning equipment.
• Assist with preparation, mixing, and circulation of cleaning chemicals.
• Monitor flow rates, pressures, temperatures, and chemical concentrations during operations.
• Assist with cleaning and decontamination of heat exchangers, towers, vessels, piping, and other industrial systems.
• Follow chemical handling, PPE, spill prevention, and environmental procedures.
• Participate in safety meetings and job hazard analyses.
• Maintain accurate equipment and chemical cleaning logs.
• Assist with equipment mobilization, demobilization, maintenance, and job-site cleanup.
• Communicate with supervisors and crew for safe, efficient project execution.
