Qualifications

  • Completion of a Nuclear Medicine Technology Program required.
  • Washington Radiologic Technologist license necessary upon hire.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association needed.

Utilizes radiopharmaceuticals to perform a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic general Nuclear Medicine studies as well as diagnostic PET/CT and Nuclear Cardiology studies. Participates in all daily duties necessary to perform high-quality patient care and imaging exams within the Imaging department and the Testing and Treatment department. Must be willing to perform on-call tasks when necessary. Must demonstrate courteous relations with coworkers, referring physicians and their office staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Successful Completion of a Nuclear Medicine Technology Program
  • Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist
  • Upon hire:
  • National Positron Emission Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board --or--
  • National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology --or--
  • National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board --or--
  • National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography --or--
  • National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • PET/CT and Nuclear Cardiology experience
