Job summary

Pet Zoo Alaska in Palmer is seeking team members to support warehouse operations and assist customers during carry out. You will handle picking, packing, and transfers while ensuring accuracy and inventory control.

Role requires standing for long periods, lifting 50–100 lbs, and working varied hours including nights and weekends. 401(k) and benefits are offered, with starting pay of $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to use handheld devices and scanners for picking and receiving.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory and records.
• Good written and verbal communication for documentation.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse and lift boxes regularly.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with customers during carry out with prompt, accurate service.
• Accurately pick, stack, wrap and process transfers and outgoing product.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse procedures.
• Stock sales floor and ensure proper product rotation and cleanliness.
• Receive product via scanners and maintain safety standards.
