Job summary

M & S Pet Supplies LLC is seeking a motivated Picker/Packer to join our Philadelphia, PA team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will pick and pack orders, scan and label products, and maintain a clean, safe workspace to ensure timely fulfillment for pet owners and retailers.

Ideal candidates have prior warehouse or fulfillment center experience, can lift up to 20 lbs, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, picker/packer, or fulfillment center experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic ability to read and follow order pick sheets or digital systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack pet supply orders accurately according to order specifications
• Scan, label, and sort products for outbound shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace
• Inspect products for quality and report damaged or missing items
• Meet daily pick/pack productivity and accuracy targets
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management as needed
