Petco is seeking a skilled Pet Stylist to provide professional grooming services for customers’ pets. You will bathe, dry, brush, cut and style, ensuring each pet’s safety and comfort while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires completion of the Pet Stylist Apprentice program or equivalent training, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Petco offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of the Pet Stylist Apprentice program or equivalent grooming training.
• High-school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to problem-solve with some guidance from leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional grooming services: bathing, drying, brushing, cuts and styling.
• Maintain clean, safe grooming area and sanitize tools.
• Educate pet parents on grooming maintenance and at-home care.
