Responsibilities include bathing, drying, brushing, trims, and maintenance of tools while adhering to Petco policies. Weekend/evening hours may be required to support grooming schedules and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Pet Stylist Apprentice program or equivalent grooming experience.
• High-school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and high grooming standards.
• Excellent communication with pet parents and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services per instructions and breed standards.
• Operate grooming instruments and maintain tools.
• Prioritize animal safety and well-being during grooming.
• Interact professionally with pet parents and provide recommendations.
• Train or supervise trainees if needed.
• Maintain clean, sanitized grooming area and comply with policies.
