Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience.
• Enjoy working with and around animals.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and lead the team in driving sales and customer experience.
• Prioritize, assign, and delegate daily goals and tasks to associates.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in the workplace.
• Plan and execute community events with rescue agencies in coordination with the Store Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and care for livestock including feeding.
• Support stock replenishment and merchandise movement; heavy lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy; support opening and closing procedures; address gaps in performance.
• Assist with new hire training and merchandising guidelines.
