Job summary

PetSafe Brands is seeking a Pet Solutions Technician in Harrisburg, PA to install and service Invisible Fence Brand pet solutions at customers’ homes. You will train pets, manage installation equipment, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service and clear communication.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicles, reporting issues, and upselling additional solutions while upholding company standards and safety rules. Weekend scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install Invisible Fence Brand solutions at customers' homes.
• Setup, operate and maintain installation equipment and vehicles.
• Train pets to use Invisible Fence Brand solutions and ensure customer understanding.
• Provide superior customer service and design solution layouts with customers.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory for service vehicles and submissions.
