Job summary

Invisible Fence Brand is seeking a Pet Solutions Technician to install and service pet fencing systems at customers’ homes. You will train pets and customers, ensure proper use of all installation equipment, and maintain high standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities include designing layouts with customers, following up on concerns, and maintaining records and inventory. Availability for a 5-day week with some weekend work is required.

• Ability to read, write and speak English and communicate requirements effectively.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Install Invisible Fence Brand pet solutions at customers' homes.
• Setup, operate and maintain installation equipment.
• Provide superior customer service and training to pets and clients.
• Design and confirm solution layouts with customers and follow up on concerns.
• Maintain vehicle and inventory in good condition and accuracy of notes.
