Job summary

PetSafe Brands is seeking a Pet Solutions Technician to install and service Invisible Fence Brand solutions at customers’ homes. You will train pets and educate customers while following all company standards.

You will set up and maintain equipment, keep vehicles in good condition, and deliver superior customer service by crafting effective solution layouts with clients. Travel and weekend rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Install Invisible Fence Brand pet solutions at customers' homes.
• Set up, operate and maintain installation equipment.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in good condition.
• Provide training to pets and customers on solutions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and design solution layouts with customers.
• Remain professional and responsive to customer concerns and referrals.
• Document visits and ensure timely reporting to supervisors.
