Job summary

Holiday Barn is seeking a full-time Customer Experience Supervisor at our Glen Allen location. You will lead customer interactions, mentor the team, and help deliver a welcoming, pet-friendly experience.

The role emphasizes training, cross-department collaboration, and maintaining high service standards while weekend and major holiday shifts are required; an extra $2/hour is offered on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service.
• High School diploma required.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Data entry skills and proficiency with Windows applications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic pet knowledge.
• Must be available to work weekends and major holidays; opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in lobby and over the phone in a positive, knowledgeable manner.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Lead within the Customer Experience Pack and collaborate with other departments.
• Monitor performance and make recommendations to management.
• Create a fun, engaging environment while caring for pets and their families.
