Penn-Plax is seeking a Product Manager – Pet Products to own strategy, development, launch, and lifecycle management of pet product lines across multiple categories. You will lead end-to-end product management, ensure consumer needs are met, and deliver strong financial performance for major retailers and ecommerce platforms.

The ideal candidate combines market insight, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership with a passion for consumer products and the aquarium hobby.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or related field, or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.
• 3+ years of product management experience in consumer products; pet industry preferred.
• Experience developing products for retail and ecommerce channels.
• Strong analytical skills interpreting market data and financial metrics.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excel proficiency; experience with PLM, ERP, and analytics tools a plus.
