Pet Paradise is seeking a Playtime Coordinator in St. Augustine to supervise and enrich daytime dog playgroups in a safe, supervised environment. The role emphasizes customer service, animal welfare, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• True passion for working with animals.
• Ability to work in all-weather conditions; will be exposed to pool water.
• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Flexibility to work across days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with and monitoring dogs in play areas to ensure safe play.
• Maintain visual observation of dogs and distribute attention across playgroups.
• Minimizing stress and handling aggressive or unusual behaviors.
• Controlling levels of play by following procedures from management.
• Assisting the team with cleaning and play-yard maintenance duties.
