Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescription information including patient details, medication, dosage, quantity, refills, directions, and veterinarian authorization.
• Provide prescription-related support via inbound calls; document interactions and elevate questions to a pharmacist as needed.
• Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before processing.
• Count, seal, label, and package medications for shipment; stage orders for delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of verified prescriptions and communications.
