Job summary

Johns Hopkins HealthCare LLC is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Tech/PET Technologist for the Johns Hopkins Medical Imaging center in Bethesda. You will perform radionuclide imaging, prepare radiopharmaceuticals, and work with radiologists to provide high‑quality PET/CT exams for outpatient patients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with PET/CT colleagues, ongoing training, and a supportive leadership team in a recently upgraded imaging suite.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• Completion of an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology curriculum.
• ARRT Nuclear Medicine Certification (ARRT‑N) or NMTCB certification required.
• Maryland radiography license from Maryland Board of Physicians.
• Special License to operate standalone/Hybrid CT devices for diagnostic CT from the Maryland Board of Physicians is required if performing diagnostic CT for Hybrid CT devices.
• CPR certification within 1 month of hire date.
• Nuclear Med Tech I -- Less than two (2) years of experience. New grads are encouraged to apply.
• Nuclear Med Tech II -- Two (2) or more years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform radionuclide and radiopharmaceutical imaging to diagnose patient conditions.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and assist with imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and radiology team to ensure high‑quality PET/CT imaging.
• Work with outpatient patients and focus on imaging quality and patient care.
