Job summary

Baptist Health in Lexington, KY seeks a PET/Nuclear Medicine Tech to support Diagnostic and Imaging Services. This full-time, first shift role focuses on MPI imaging, accurate EHR documentation, and collaboration with radiologists and tele-radiology services.

Qualified candidates will have a Nuclear Medicine education program, ARRT/NMTCB certification, KY imaging license, and BLS. PET/CNMT registry advancement is welcomed as experience grows.

Qualifications

Completion of an education program in Nuclear Medicine.
Current ARRT or NMTCB certification.
Current Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging license.
Advanced ARRT/CNMT registry; PET certification recommended after 700 hours.
BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Perform Nuclear Medicine procedures for MPI and related imaging.
Produce quality images for Radiologist review and interpretation.
Document accurate imaging records in EHR and ensure PACS archiving.
Assist in tele-radiology transfer after hours as needed.
Develop imaging protocols with NM Coordinator and Radiologist.
