Job summary

Baptist Health in Lexington, KY seeks a PET/Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a full-time, first shift role in Diagnostic and Imaging Services. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified individuals and the Nuclear Medicine Department collaborates with radiologists to deliver high-quality imaging.

The role requires completing a Nuclear Medicine education program, ARRT or NMTCB certification, Kentucky license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Completed Nuclear Medicine education program.
• Current ARRT or NMTCB certification.
• Current Kentucky imaging license.
• BLS certification (within 30 days if not held).

Responsibilities

• Perform MPI and related Nuclear Medicine procedures to produce diagnostic images.
• Produce quality images for Radiologist review.
• Prepare accurate records in the EHR and verify PACS entries.
• Send images to tele-radiology after hours and address non-quality images.
• Maintain imaging protocols with NM Coordinator and Radiologist.
