Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to follow safety procedures
• Able to bend over consistently
• Must be able to work 12.5 hours shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate compression molding equipment and related systems
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report unsafe conditions
• Monitor resin and colorant feeds to ensure correct product
• Ensure quality specs and troubleshoot as needed
• Record scrap and complete scrap tags and labels
• Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as directed
• Complete reports and assist team leaders as required
• Comply with safety, legality, regulatory and quality standards
