Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a part-time day-shift role in Norcross, GA. You will perform diagnostic tests using automated analyzers and microscopes, read results, and support veterinarians with accurate data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; science degree preferred.
• ,
• A 2-, 3- or 4-year degree in a Science-related field is preferred.
• It is a plus if you have RVT/LVT/CVT or MLT/MT experience.
• Experience setting up, running and reading lab tests with lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• You will use automated analyzers, microscopes and other laboratory diagnostic tools to perform analyses and tests.
• You will perform diagnostic tests on blood, urine, fecal or pet biopsy samples received in the lab daily.
• You will set up and run lab tests, then read and release results according to SOPs.
