Fetch seeks a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to represent the company on-site at the Colorado Humane - Buddy Center in Castle Rock, CO. You will engage pet parents, explain coverage, and convert interest into policies.

The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with partner staff. A P&C license is preferred or obtainable within 30 days.

Competenze

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• 3–5 years in an animal care role.
• Proven ability to convert prospects into customers in a fast-paced sales cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-first mindset.

Mansioni

• Represent Fetch on-site to sell pet insurance to prospective pet parents at partner location in Castle Rock, CO.
• Explain Fetch advantages and product features to customers.
• Accurately recording prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM.
• Establish professional relationships with partner staff to meet objectives and expectations.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for new business with leadership.
• Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required.
• Manage expense reports and submit monthly.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and continuously exceed expectations.
