Job summary
Providence Swedish is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our imaging team in Seattle. You will perform PET, PET/CT and CT exams, prepare radiopharmaceuticals, start IVs, and ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
Work is per-diem with day shifts on-site at Swedish First Hill, offering competitive pay and a commitment to safety, quality imaging, and compassionate patient care within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
- Washington Radiologic Technologist License on hire.
- NPT/NMT Board certs: PET technologist or RT-NM or RT-CT or CT technologist per board.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association on hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform PET, PET/CT and CT examinations with radiopharmaceuticals.
- Operate a multi-slice CT scanner and power injector.
- Start IVs and administer contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals as directed.
- Provide professional patient care and ensure safety standards.
- Deliver high-quality imaging and exceptional patient service.
- Collaborate within a team and maintain a positive attitude.
