Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and COS in guiding the team to maximize productivity and pet care quality. You will lead by example in client education about preventive care and wellness plans, ensuring exceptional service and smooth hospital operations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of veterinary hospital experience, is 18+, and is comfortable with a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team on day-to-day basis when needed and ensure quality medical care and client service.
• Schedule associates to meet client needs and plan time off and CE.
• Ensure compliance with practice policies and dress/grooming guidelines.
