Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is hiring a Shift Lead to supervise daily operations, support the Practice Manager and COS, and ensure exceptional client service and patient care. You will perform duties of a Client Services Coordinator and Vet Assistant as needed.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of veterinary hospital experience, be comfortable working with pets and clients, and be available for weekend and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team to maximize productivity and profitability of the hospital.
• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while guiding staff.
• Lead in scheduling and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist in education of clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
