Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking an Injection Operator for our Imperial, PA location. The role involves setting up and running injection equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining logs to ensure production meets quality standards.

You will work on a 12-hour day or night rotating schedule and collaborate with maintenance to troubleshoot issues. A high school diploma or GED is required with prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 2 years experience in field/manufacturing environment.
• 2 years experience in position.
• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, start and run injection equipment.
• Perform minor adjustments to injection equipment as directed.
• Complete and log production and quality forms daily.
• Recognize unsafe conditions and follow safety rules.
• Perform visual and mechanical quality checks to meet standards.
• Maintain general housekeeping in production areas.
• Identify resin types and safe parts for grinding and reintroduction.
• Make use of logs and inspection sheets to record quality.
