NVA Pet Resorts is seeking an experienced Professional Pet Groomer to join our Pet Spa Team. You will perform professional grooming for dogs, consult with clients on grooming goals, and promote services and products that support pet health and coat maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional grooming experience preferred.
• Knowledge of breed standards and coat types.
• Strong scissoring and finishing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services for dogs, including breed-specific trims.
• Conduct client consultations to understand grooming goals and expectations.
• Recommend services and products for pet health and coat maintenance.
• Monitor pets for health concerns and communicate observations to leaders and pet parents.
• Maintain grooming equipment and a clean, safe workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each appointment.
• Follow all company safety and animal handling policies.
• Grow sales to help achieve salon metrics and revenue targets.
• Attend required team meetings and trainings.
• Other grooming/salon duties as assigned by site leader.
